The Arhuaca have a special connection with mother nature and their goal is to protect and teach about the importance of life preservation. Therefore all Mochila Bags are carefully made of virgin wool yarn from their locally raised sheep. They are crochet weaved by hand without using any dyes in the process that has shown self-sustainability for centuries. Each one-of-a-kind Mochila piece has a design that interprets a moment of nature or life.
All profits will be donated to Survival International, a non-profit organization that preserves and protects indigenous communities and their territory.
