Seeni Sambol

Seeni Sambol is a beloved Sri Lankan condiment made from slowly caramelised onions spiced with curry leaves, rampe, and a hint of sweetness. Traditionally served alongside rice, roti, or string hoppers, this rich and flavorful relish adds a bold, aromatic punch to any meal.
